Dr. Evangeline Cua, a Filipina doctor based in Afghanistan, shares her experience setting up a hospital in Kunduz. As the hospital clinical director at the Kunduz Trauma Centre, they saw the need for a hospital specializing in trauma treatment for a war-torn location.
