PDP president Mehbooba Mufti has given a proactive statement by drawing a comparison between India and the Taliban. She has warned the Centre to take lessons on how the militant group could throw out powerful America from Afghanistan and urged the Modi government to hold dialogue with Kashmiris and restore the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
