Aleh Nestsiaruk, the filmer and the electrician in this video, said it took him about 5 hours to complete the setup.
He told us: "I work as an electrician in Belarus and this video was shot by me at one of my facilities. I collected more than a dozen shields and decided to capture the step-by-step assembly of one of these shields."
