The country's apex child rights body NCPCR has issued summons to Facebook after asking the platform to take action against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Instagram post, which allegedly revealed the identity of a minor rape and murder victim. As Facebook has failed to remove the post in the timeframe stipulated by the NCPCR, representatives of the social networking giant have been summoned on August 17 to provide an action taken report.
