Bogan Shire in lockdown as regional NSW hit by COVID outbreak

Bogan Shire is one of the latest local Government areas currently in lockdown, as the New South Wales COVID outbreak spreads to the regions. Bogan Shire Mayor, Ray Donald, says the lockdown was inevitable.
