The Prime Minister is insisting Australia cannot go it alone in cutting global carbon emissions, but is doing its bit in the fight against climate change. The United Nation's expert climate body has warned the planet is warming faster than previously predicted, and more severe and more frequent natural disasters in countries such as Australia will result.
