Maharashtra allows fully vaccinated to use Mumbai locals from August 15

Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday announced that people fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be allowed to commute in local trains in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region from August 15, but only 14 days after taking the second dose.
