The Federal Government will be acquiring national stocks of the antibody drug Sotrovinab as an additional treatment for those with COVID-19. The drug would be sued in the symptomatic phase of the virus, and authorities say it could reduce hospitalisation for serious cases. It is yet to gain TGA approval.
