Government pledges $1 billion to reaching Closing the Gap targets

The Opposition Leader, Anthony Albanese, says he's concerned the Government hasn't moved beyond rhetoric in some of the key aspects of Closing the Gap. Albanese says the Government has been focusing on appearances more than outcomes.
