India on Monday reported 40,134 new #COVID19 cases and 422 deaths as the tally of positive cases reached 3,16,95,958. India reported a rise in the number of cases for consecutive days over last week totalling up to 2,76,534 new infections compared to 2,67,680 cases the week before, according to Covid19india.org.
