Vehicle Gets Nearly Hit By Car Coming From Opposite Direction After It Overtakes Another Car

This person was driving their vehicle in a mildly busy street. Suddenly a car drove from the opposite direction and overtook the car in front of them. The car then almost hit the person's vehicle but nearly escaped without any harm.
