Three new local COVID cases in Victoria from more than 43,000 tests

Victoria has recorded three new local COVID cases from more than 43-thousand tests. Residents of a Melbourne apartment complex are facing 14 days of quarantine, after authorities upgraded parts of the building to a tier 1 exposure site.
