An Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Dhanbad district was killed after being hit by an autorickshaw while he was on a morning walk on Wednesday. The incident was initially believed to be a hit-and-run case. But the case took a turn after the CCTV footage of the incident emerged. Watch the video.
