Justice was served in Tobago today for a double murder which happened almost twelve years ago.
Alvaro Ayres of Bethel, Mason Hall and Calder Hall was sentenced to hang for killing 16 year old Kolen Salandy and 15 year-old Rondel Thomas. Mr. Ayres stood virtually before Justice Alexis Windsor.
