To mark the 22 years of victory of the Kargil war, the Northern Command of the Indian Army organised a bike rally to commemorate the Kargil Viay Diwas. The rally was led by Lt Gen YK Joshi from Udhampur to Dhruva war memorial in Drass. Watch the video for more information.
