Coronavirus: India reports 38,164 new cases and 499 deaths in last 24 hrs

India on Monday reported 38,164 new Covid cases and 499 deaths, as per health ministry's updated data. The total cases in the country have risen to 3,11,44,229. Meanwhile, Active cases in the country now stand at 4,21,665.
