Many parts of Delhi have been reeling under a water crisis for days now. Water supply in the national capital has been affected due to a reduction in the release of Yamuna water by Haryana. The water crisis has sparked a war of words between the AAP dispensation in Delhi and the BJP-led Haryana government. While the Delhi Jal Board has accused the neighbouring state of withholding the city's share of 120 million gallons of water a day, the Haryana government blamed the AAP government's "internal mismanagement" for the scarcity of water in the capital.
