Cloudburst has caused severe destruction in Ganderbal, Jammu-Kashmir. Many houses have been damaged, several villages came out of their houses. National highway has been blocked in Shimla after heavy rain. The highway in Jakhari, Rampur is also blocked due to rain. Lightning has wreaked havoc in Uttar Pradesh where 41 people have died.
