Tourists in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala were seen violating Covid-19 norms. With no masks, no social distancing, many of them were seen roaming around the city. The tourists' inflow has surged in hilly areas ever since the state government lifted up the restrictions. Himachal Pradesh has over 1,307 active Covid-19 cases.
