The Ministry of Health does not agree that government is taking a gamble by allowing vaccinated nationals to enter the country without having to quarantine, when borders reopen on July 17th.
In fact, the Ministry of Health says all eventualities have been considered, so much so that it describes the border re-opening protocols as "sufficiently robust". Rynessa Cutting reports.
