Twitter to reply govt on locking the account today

Twitter may reply to parliamentary committee on locking the account today. The parliamentary panel on IT gave Twitter 48 hours to explain the reasons why it locked accounts of Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and Congress MP Shashi Tharoor.
