The Opposition Leader tore one of the two bills for self-government for Tobago in half before the media as she says it was gutted to such an extent that the special majority clauses in them were removed.
This, as the House of Representatives continued its debate on the matter in the absence of the Opposition after its walk out on Tuesday.
The Attorney General is calling on the Opposition to bring their own amendments as the bills were not passed on Wednesday.
