James Franco settling sexual misconduct lawsuit for over $2 million

James Franco is settling his sexual misconduct lawsuit for over $2 million, almost two years after Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal claimed he "sexualised his power as a teacher" at his now defunct acting school.
