Amid huge outcry over Class 10 Board results, the state teachers' association has termed the cancellation of matriculation exam as a historic blunder. Odisha Secondary School Teachers' Association (OSSTA) has demanded the BSE board to publish the basis of evaluation of marks and make it public.
