To say that a rate review for T&TEC is long overdue might be an understatement, given that such an undertaking is scheduled to be done every five years by the Regulated Industries Commission.
However, the RIC says, it is still waiting on T&TEC to provide certain relevant information for a successful review to be done and the waiting game doesn't stop there.
