North Eastern leaders call for govt-community partnership in wake of increased Al Shabaab attacks

North Eastern leaders led by governor Ali Roba, EAC CS Adan Mohamed, local senator and a host of MPs have urged government- community partnership in the wake of increased Al-Shabaab attacks.
