Look out for more police road blocks - speed traps and Driving Under the Influence checks by law enforcement from Monday night.
The Police Commissioner says that the move has become necessary to deter drivers who are speeding within to get to their homes within the last two hours before the nightly curfew begins.
He says some of them have been drunk and are causing a danger to others on the road during that time.
