NSW has reported no new positive cases of COVID-19 in the past day, despite a number of potential exposure sites in Goulburn and the South Coast. Kristina Keneally, Shadow Minister for Home Affairs and Government Accountability, says quarantine facilities are a Federal Government responsibility.
