Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has given a statement to the police at the Dang Wangi police headquarters, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday over his comments on the death of A. Ganapathy in police custody.
The case is being investigated Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Commission Act and Section 503b of the Penal Code.
