Singer Demi Lovato, known for being an outspoken advocate of LGBTQ rights, came out as non-binary. Non-binary is a term which describes people who do not identify with any particular gender and do not conform to gender norms. In a recent tweet, the 28-year-old singer wrote that they will soon be officially changing their pronouns to they/ them from she/her. Demi Lovato, who came out as pansexual earlier this year, added in a separate tweet, "I'm doing this for those out there that haven't been able to share who they truly are with their loved ones.” The singer was previously engaged to actor Max Ehrich. Following that, in a podcast session for the Joe Rogan Experience, Demi Lovato confirmed they are pansexual. Demi Lovato, best known for chartbusting numbers such as Stone Cold, Sorry Not Sorry and Heart Attack recently opened up about battling addiction & dealing with mental health issues in a YouTube documentary. In 2018, Demi Lovato said "I will keep fighting" after a near-fatal drug overdose, for which the singer was hospitalised.
