People are clearly confused about what the 2021 State of Emergency is really about. That's how Police Commissioner Gary Griffith is classifying what can be deemed as an insane amount of requests for curfew passes; about 250,000 of them to be exact.
Of that, only a small number has been granted. But the Commissioner is warning that it won't be business as usual and what obtained for previous SoE's won't necessarily be the case this time.
