Opposition Leader says PM broke his commitment to Australian citizens

The Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese says it was heartbreaking to talk to stranded Australian citizens in India. He says that Prime Minister Scott Morrison promised to bring them home by last Christmas and he has "broken his commitment".
