A pangolin was recovered from Bangriposi area of Mayurbhanj from a man’s possession. After the man tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the pangolin was also tested for the virus. The pangolin’s Covid report came positive, therefore it will be kept in isolation. Later, it will be released into the forest.
