A Delhi court has granted bail to Matrix Cellular CEO Gaurav Khanna, VP Gaurav Suri and two others in the FIR pertaining to the seizure of oxygen concentrators from Khan Market, Lodi Colony market and a farm house in South Delhi for alleged black marketing.
