The second wave of the Covid-19 outbreak has reached the southern states of India. Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karntaka are grappling with the sharp spike in cases. Many southern states, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, are also dealing with shortage of beds and oxygen. For more, watch the full video.
