Tokyo Olympics can be ‘beacon of hope’ : Sebastian Coe

World Athletics chief Sebastian Coe says he believes the coronavirus-postponed Tokyo Olympics can be "a beacon of hope and optimism", despite infections surging in Japan and other countries.
