Due to the rain in Peshawar, the roof and sign board of Bacha Khan Airport were damaged. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
Signboards around the airport also fell due to torrential rains, while trolleys carrying passengers' luggage also came out of the airport due to strong winds.
The administration declared an emergency at the airport and called for rescue personnel to take timely steps to make drainage possible.
