Trinamool Congress president Mamata Banerjee will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of West Bengal at Raj Bhavan in Kolkata on Wednesday morning. This will be a low-key affair in view of restrictions in place to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the state.
A 'Guard of Honour' has been arranged for TMC chief Mamata Banerjee at the VIP entry of Nabanna, the state secretariat in Kolkata.
Chief ministers of other states and leaders of other political parties have not been invited for the programme, keeping in mind the current Covid-19 situation in the country.
