3,000 Covid patients switched off their phones in Karnataka, claims state revenue minister

As Karnataka continues to battle the unprecedented rise in Covid infections and fatalities, state Revenue Minister R Ashoka has claimed that 3,000 Covid patients have switched off their phones and are now untraceable.
