Venezuelan nationals across T&T are mourning the loss of at least eight people who died attempting to enter Trinidad last Friday.
Some who similarly braved the turbulent waters before, but arrived safely, tell reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that the recent tragedy has affected many living comfortably on the twin islands.
Cindy was in Icacos where she met a group of migrants who say they have been getting by, but asked for assistance to school their children.
