Today marks 30 years since the Royal Commission into Aboriginal deaths in custody was handed down, and in the 3 decades since, the Indigenous incarceration rate has doubled. The Minister for Indigenous Australians, Ken Wyatt, says part of the solution is preventing young people from entering the prison system.
