The THA Chief Secretary is speaking out about the newly formed, PDP shadow executive.
Ancil Dennis says obviously, this shadow executive has no executive authority in Tobago so it will be interesting to see what kind of projects will be pursued, whether these projects will involve public property, and how such projects will be funded.
Mr. Dennis was asked to comment on the Alternative Executive Council, announced by the Progressive Democratic Patriots last week. More from Elizabeth Williams.
