WATCH: Virginia police officers pepper-spray a uniformed Army officer

Army officer Caron Nazario filed a lawsuit against two Virginia police officers after he was was held at gunpoint and pepper-sprayed in his car. Officials say the officer who pepper-sprayed him, Joe Gutierrez, has been fired.
