No vaccine shortage in Maharashtra: Harsh Vardhan

Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday hit out at the Maharashtra government and said "deplorable attempts by some state governments to distract attention from their failures and spread panic among the people". This comes after Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope earlier this morning said that the state may run out of coronavirus vaccines in three days and that he had asked the Central government to send more stocks soonest, as Mumbai city has been forced to shut down vaccination centres or turn away people.
