దేశంలో కరోనా ఉధృతి కొనసాగుతున్న క్రమంలో 18 ఏళ్లు పైబడిన వారందరికీ టీకా వేయాలని భారత వైద్య మండలి(ఐఎంఏ) ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీని కోరింది. ఈ మేరకు మంగళవారం ఓ లేఖ రాసింది. టీకాలు కరోనా తీవ్రతను తగ్గించడంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయని, హెర్డ్ ఇమ్యూనిటీకి దోహదం చేస్తాయని పేర్కొంది.
