Former OFW Designs His Daughter's Dress Using Recycled Balikbayan Boxes

Balikbayan Anthony Gonzales, who previously held a job as an art director and was based in Singapore for 15 years, was tasked to create a dress made of recycled materials for his daughter's online pageant.
