NSW Premier warns against complacency as residents return

Floodwaters are beginning to recede tonight and the clean-up is underway, as large parts of Australia's east coast reel from almost a week of heavy rain. NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says everyone needs to stay safe and remain alert.
