Royal Commission into Victorian casino operations begins

The opening hearing of the Royal Commission that will determine if Crown Melbourne is suitable to hold a casino license has begun. Professor Pamela Hanrahan says the Commission in Victoria will very similar to how the inquiry was dealt with in NSW.
