EC top brass to visit Bengal, Assam; BJP releases manifesto for Tamil Nadu polls; more

The top brass of Election Commission of India including Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sunil Arora on Tuesday will visit West Bengal and Assam to review poll preparedness for the upcoming state assembly elections.
