SheKnows spoke to a group of teenagers to discuss their mental health struggles a year into the pandemic. They shared their challenges from March 2020 to present day. From isolation, to feelings of loneliness, lack of sleep, too much sleep, reliance on technology, and being concerned about Covid-19, these teens have been through a rollercoaster year. They share how online learning has been challenging, and also how their college plans were different than they ever imagined. Most of them want things to go back to normal, but all of them say they will still wear masks.
